You're Invited to The Book Nook's Bring a Book to Yoga Morning!
What two activities are more relaxing than yoga and reading? Join us on Saturday, March. 1st from 9 AM to 11 AM as we combine these two wonderful pastimes for a morning of relaxation and mental escape.
Our event will kick off with socializing, allowing you to connect with fellow book lovers. Then, we'll flow into a 45-minute yoga session, perfect for easing into the new year. After yoga, enjoy some peaceful moments during our optional open silent reading time, where you can dive into your favorite book in a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The dates for Saturday classes are 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM, with optional silent reading 9:45 PM - 11:00 PM
